Will my child get homework ?
Homework is an important part of supporting progress, especially for reading students, but Sue keeps it manageable; usually around half an hour a week, depending on school workload. If your child struggles to complete their homework, just let Sue know so she can adjust and support them.
What is the cost of tuition?

What times are the lessons held?
Sue offers a range of after-school lesson times from Monday to Thursday, as well as Saturday mornings, making it easy to find a slot that fits your routine. Sessions run from 4pm to 7pm during the week (Friday closed) and Saturday morning only. If you need assistance outside teaching hours, please feel free to get in touch.
How long is each lesson?
Lessons are 60 minutes long, with most students attending once a week and older learners sometimes choosing additional sessions. Even younger children thrive in this format, as their time is broken into short, engaging activities that keep them focused and motivated.

Yes. Sue teaches home educated pupils during the day, with a focus on maths and English. Lessons are tailored to the child’s needs and can support core learning, fill gaps or prepare pupils to return to school or sit exams. Many families now choose home education and value having an experienced, qualified teacher as part of their child’s learning routine.
